TERMS OF SERVICE
PLEASE READ AND CONSIDER ALL THE TERMS BEFORE COMISSIONING
- A reference sheet of the characters is pretty much appreciated. If you do not have one or is asking for me to design it, please provide as many references as possible, and make the design request clear. I want to make the art as complete as I can, and so that I can offer you the best of my hability;
- I always send a sketch for the commissioner to ask for adjustments. As soon as it's approved, I'll start working on the final product.
PAYMENT
- At the start of the payment, I'll ask you for your E-mail so I can be able to send you an invoice. With the invoice sent to your email box, you will pay me via PayPal through it.
- I'll start the commission after receiving 50% the payment;
- Payment via PayPal invoice only in USD;
- If you fail to pay within 48 hours, your commission will be canceled;
- No refunds unless I am unable to complete your commission for some reason or not in time.- Para pagamentos via PIX, a chave apenas será enviada durante o processo de pagamento.
RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP
- If one of my ready-made artworks on the profile is used for external commercial use; (SHIRTS, T-SHIRTS, SWEATSHIRTS, ETC) there will be a charge for me of the price of the finished product (SHIRTS, T-SHIRTS, SWEATSHIRTS, ETC) + 100%+ fee.
- Do not be rude to me. Be comprehensive and patient;
- So that I can make your art, fill out the form that will be sent directly to you!
- No need to feel anxious, either. I will try to make you as comfortable as possible;
- As the artist, I have the right to post your commission on my social media (Twitter, Tumblr), adding an extra watermark;
- If your work is meant to be revealed afterwards, you can ask me to post it on a specific date;
- The commissioner can choose if they want to be tagged or remain anonymous;
- Giving me credits when posting the commission is mandatory.
MORE ABOUT THE REQUEST
- I do humans, couples, gore, IRL shows or any other TV series. I am okay on doing furry and mecha art, it would be challenging for me since they are categories that I've never delved into before, but I'm willing to try it;
- I do not accept NSFW, hateful, or traced commissions;
- I have the right to decline your request if it makes me uncomfortable;
- I do not work with NFTs. If you use my art for AI purposes, I'll block you;
- I'll do commissions with my artstyle only, I do not work with other artists/shows artstyles;
- Delivery time limit of the comission is 30 days. If I do not complete it in time, the payment will be returned.
EXTRA FEES
- Commissions for commercial uses will have an extra fee of 200% of the commission price;
- Every additional character will cost 60% more of the commission price;
- Any additional changes on the request after the payment is done will be charged extra;
- The priority fee is plus 90% of the commission price.

* Commercial use is directly related to financial gains, that require customers (T-shirts, banners, mugs, etc.) or platforms made to gain profit (Youtube, Twitch, etc.)
I ALSO DO BOOK COVERS! Depending on the degree of details, the price will be increased.* Priority commissions are commissions that can skip the waitlist and be done in advance. I'll only accept up to 2 priority commissions per month, and they are charged extra (check Extra fees for more details) - Don't worry, I'll warn you in case the two slots are fullfilled.
